Gold Rayline provides reliable and transparent warranty coverage for all industrial automation parts supplied worldwide. This policy outlines warranty scope, claim procedures, and limitation of liability to ensure professional, efficient, and fair after-sales support.

1. Scope & OEM Disclaimer
This warranty is provided by Gold Rayline and applies to items sold or repaired via goldraycnc.com and its authorized sales channels. Gold Rayline is an independent supplier of industrial automation parts and is not an authorized distributor of any manufacturer. All trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.
2. Product Condition Classification
- New (Factory Sealed): Brand-new, unopened in original OEM packaging.
- Unused (Original OEM Packaging): Never installed or used; packaging may show age or discoloration. Cosmetic differences or older date codes are not considered defects.
- Unused (Repackaged): Never used, professionally repackaged by Gold Rayline for export. Manuals or accessories may not be included unless specified.
- Refurbished (Seller Refurbished): Previously used, fully tested, repaired if necessary, and verified to meet functional standards. May show signs of wear.
- Used, Tested Working: Second-hand, tested functional items with visible cosmetic wear.
3. Warranty Duration
- New Products: 12 months from invoice date.
- Unused / Refurbished / Used Items: 6 months limited warranty from invoice date.
- Repaired Products (Gold Rayline service): 6 months from shipment date covering replaced parts and workmanship.
All warranties are Return-to-Base (RTB) and non-transferable without written consent.
4. Initial Inspection & Reporting
Customers must inspect goods immediately upon receipt and notify Gold Rayline of any visible shipping damage, quantity discrepancy, or early functional issue within 7 calendar days. Gold Rayline will assist with verification and determine whether the issue qualifies for warranty service or falls under a carrier claim.
5. Warranty Coverage & Exclusions
Covered:
- Defects in material or workmanship under normal industrial conditions.
- Functional failure when properly installed, operated, and maintained.
Not Covered:
- Improper installation, wiring, voltage mismatch, or misuse.
- Physical damage, corrosion, modification, or tampering with serial numbers.
- Unauthorized repairs or firmware alterations.
- Software, licenses, consumables (batteries, fuses, fans).
- Cosmetic issues or aged packaging not affecting performance.
6. Warranty Remedy: Repair → Replacement → Refund
Gold Rayline will first attempt to repair the defective product in-house or through authorized partners. If repair is not possible or time-sensitive, a replacement of equivalent model or series will be provided when available. If no replacement can be supplied, Gold Rayline will issue a refund up to the original purchase amount. Repaired or replaced items carry the remaining warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer.
7. Warranty Claim Procedure (RMA)
- Submit Request: Email [email protected] with invoice number, model, fault description, and supporting images/videos.
- Review & Authorization: Gold Rayline will respond within 24–48 hours. If approved, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return instructions will be issued.
- Return Shipping: Customer arranges secure and trackable shipping; inbound freight is covered by customer unless the fault is verified as Gold Rayline’s responsibility.
- Inspection: Returned goods undergo professional evaluation within 3–7 business days of receipt.
8. Inspection Results
- No Fault Found (NFF): If testing confirms no issue, diagnostic and handling fees may apply.
- Non-Repairable Items: If the product cannot be repaired after evaluation, Gold Rayline will notify the customer and offer a replacement or refund option. Items may be retained for inspection up to 60 days after notice before safe disposal.
9. Non-Warranty Returns
- Accepted within 30 days of invoice for unused items in resalable condition.
- Subject to 15–25% restocking charge (up to 35% for custom or sourced-to-order items).
- Refunds are processed after inspection. Cosmetic aging or outdated packaging is not valid for return.

10. Limitation of Liability
Gold Rayline’s total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the item. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including downtime, reinstallation, or production interruption costs.
11. Export Control & Compliance
Customers must comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws, including OFAC, BIS, EU, and UK regulations. Products may not be resold or transferred to restricted parties or sanctioned countries. For detailed terms, see our Terms & Conditions.
12. Risk & Freight Responsibility
Ownership and risk transfer to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier (FOB shipping point), unless otherwise agreed. For high-value shipments, insurance coverage can be arranged upon request.
13. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute arising from warranty claims shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Shanghai, China.
14. Glossary
- NFF (No Fault Found): Product returned but no failure detected after testing.
- Non-Repairable: Product cannot be restored to working condition; replacement or refund offered after notice.
- New (Factory Sealed): Brand-new, unopened OEM item.
- Unused (Original OEM Packaging): Unused item in original packaging, may show cosmetic aging.
- Unused (Repackaged): Unused item repackaged by Gold Rayline for export.
- Refurbished (Seller Refurbished): Repaired, tested, and verified for performance.
- Used, Tested Working: Pre-owned, tested functional, minor wear visible.
