1. Company Information

Gold Rayline is a global supplier specializing in industrial automation components, CNC parts, servo motors, drives, PLCs, and HMIs. We are an independent distributor based in Shanghai, China, serving customers worldwide with genuine, surplus, and discontinued automation parts.

Gold Rayline is not an authorized distributor or representative of any brands listed on our website. All trademarks, product names, and brand logos are the property of their respective owners.

2. Website Use

• You agree to use this website only for lawful business purposes.
• Unauthorized scraping, data extraction, or reproduction of content is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our site for any unauthorized or unlawful activity.

3. Quotations & Order Acceptance

All quotations are valid for a limited period unless otherwise stated. An order is binding only when Gold Rayline issues a written Order Confirmation or Proforma Invoice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to shipment.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Accepted payment methods include Bank Transfer, PayPal, L/C, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and AliExpress online payment.
• Buyers are responsible for all bank charges, handling fees, and applicable taxes.
• Full payment must be received before dispatch unless credit terms have been expressly approved.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Standard dispatch time is 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.
• Shipping carriers include DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, and other international couriers as required.
• Title and risk of loss transfer to Buyer upon delivery to the carrier (FOB shipping point).
• Delivery times are estimated only; delays caused by customs, logistics, or external events are beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 15 calendar days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Return requests require prior authorization (RMA number) by contacting [email protected].
• Refunds are issued within 5 business days after inspection approval.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is verified as defective.

7. Warranty Policy

Gold Rayline stands behind the quality of its products. Unless otherwise stated, we provide the following warranty:

• New products: 12-month warranty from the date of delivery.
• Used / Refurbished products: 6-month limited warranty.

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal operating conditions. It does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or electrical failure.

Gold Rayline’s sole obligation is to repair, replace, or refund the defective item at our discretion. Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

8. Product Authenticity & OEM Disclaimer

Gold Rayline is an independent global supplier. We are not affiliated with or authorized by Siemens, Yaskawa, Mitsubishi, ABB, Omron, Schneider, FANUC, or any other manufacturer. References to brand names and part numbers are provided strictly for identification purposes and do not imply OEM authorization or sponsorship.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gold Rayline shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, production downtime, or data loss. All implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed.

10. Sanctions & Export Control Compliance

Customer agrees to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws, including but not limited to those administered by:

• The U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)
• The U.S. Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS)
• The European Union Dual-Use Regulation
• The United Kingdom Export Control Order 2008
• Any equivalent laws under other jurisdictions

Customer shall not resell, export, re-export, or transfer any product supplied by Gold Rayline to any prohibited destination or sanctioned person, including Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, or restricted regions of Ukraine (Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, Zaporizhzhia).

Customer represents that it is not a sanctioned entity or acting on behalf of one, and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Gold Rayline against any losses or penalties arising from violations of such laws.

11. Force Majeure

Gold Rayline shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, sanctions, trade restrictions, strikes, shipping delays, or pandemics.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Shanghai, China.

13. Modifications & Severability

Gold Rayline reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be published on this page and will take immediate effect upon posting. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
