1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed during standard business hours (Monday to Saturday, 9:00–18:00 CST). After your order and payment are confirmed, our team will begin internal verification and quality inspection procedures.

  • In-stock items: Usually shipped within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Special-order or discontinued parts: May require additional sourcing time; our sales team will notify you promptly.
  • Pre-shipment confirmation: You will receive detailed photos or test reports (if applicable) before dispatch for your approval.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We cooperate with major international logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your industrial components.

  • AliExpress Standard Shipping (for small parcels)

Customers may specify preferred couriers or provide their own freight account upon request. All shipments are securely packed in standard export cartons or wooden boxes to prevent damage during transit.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time varies depending on your location, shipping method, and customs clearance process:

  • Asia: 3–6 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • North America: 5–10 business days
  • South America / Africa: 7–15 business days
  • Middle East / Oceania: 6–12 business days

These are estimated transit times and do not include delays due to customs inspections, national holidays, or force majeure events.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number and courier details will be sent to your registered email address. You can monitor your shipment’s progress directly through the courier’s official website or via our sales manager.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight, volume, and destination country.
  • We provide competitive DHL/UPS/FedEx rates and can quote shipping costs before payment.
  • Customers may also arrange freight collection through their appointed logistics provider (EXW / FOB Shanghai terms).

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the Buyer. Gold Rayline is not liable for any delays, storage costs, or penalties caused by customs inspections or clearance processes.

For smooth customs handling, we can provide commercial invoices, packing lists, and origin statements as required.

7. Packaging Standards

Every item undergoes a pre-shipment quality check and secure packaging procedure:

  • Anti-static protection for electronic components
  • Bubble wrap and shock-resistant carton boxes
  • Custom wooden cases for heavy or fragile parts
  • All packages are labeled with model numbers and inspection marks

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us and the courier immediately within 48 hours of receipt. We will assist in filing insurance claims or arranging replacement shipments as appropriate.

Gold Rayline is not responsible for losses after the shipment is handed over to the carrier, but we will provide full support for claims and resolution.

9. Force Majeure & Unexpected Delays

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, political instability, flight cancellations, or pandemic-related disruptions. In such cases, we will proactively communicate updated delivery schedules to minimize impact.

10. Address Accuracy & Delivery Refusal

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Any re-shipment due to incorrect or incomplete address details will incur additional freight charges. Refusal to accept delivery may result in return fees, restocking charges, or forfeiture of the order.

11. Shipping Insurance

We highly recommend purchasing insurance coverage for high-value items. Upon request, Gold Rayline can include transport insurance in your quotation, covering loss or damage during transit under standard logistics terms.
