1. Accepted Payment Methods
Gold Rayline provides multiple secure and internationally recognized payment options to suit global business needs:

2. Currency & Exchange Rate
All quotations and invoices are issued in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Payments in EUR or CNY are accepted upon written agreement. Currency exchange rate differences and related bank conversion charges are borne by the buyer.
3. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- All proforma invoices are valid for 15 calendar days from the issue date.
- For L/C transactions, shipment will proceed upon bank confirmation of the letter of credit.
- Late or incomplete payments may cause order delay or cancellation.
4. Order Confirmation & Processing
Once payment is received, Gold Rayline will issue a payment confirmation notice and proceed with order preparation or dispatch. To expedite processing, customers may send payment proof (bank slip or transaction screenshot) to [email protected].
5. Payment Security
- All online payments are processed through verified and encrypted payment gateways.
- Gold Rayline never requests sensitive card details via email or phone.
- Only payments made to official @goldrayline.com accounts are recognized. Payments to third-party or unverified accounts are strictly prohibited.
6. Invoice & Documentation
Official commercial invoices are issued upon full payment. All export documentation (invoice, packing list, airway bill, certificate of origin, etc.) complies with international trade requirements. Requests for embassy legalization or notarization services may incur an additional administrative charge.
7. Refunds & Adjustments
Refunds resulting from overpayment, order cancellation, or other valid reasons will be processed within 7–14 business days after verification. Refunds are made through the original payment method, net of applicable bank or platform fees, unless the error was caused by Gold Rayline. Refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details.
8. Late or Failed Payments
- Unpaid orders may be cancelled automatically after the validity period.
- Gold Rayline reserves the right to hold shipment until full payment clearance.
- Repeated late payments may affect future business terms or credit eligibility.
9. Fraud Prevention & Compliance
Gold Rayline strictly follows AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements. We may request additional business credentials such as company registration, tax ID, or proof of ownership for high-value transactions. Suspicious or non-compliant payments will be withheld or refunded after verification.
10. Governing Law
This Payment Policy is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Shanghai, China.
